HOW TO PURCHASE |
Follow these four simple steps to receive your favourite POSH ABAYA piece!
STEP 1
View your item, select size and click ‘Add to Cart’.
STEP 2
Select ‘Checkout’ to checkout or ‘Update Cart’ to make changes.
STEP 3
Review your shipping details at the checkout.
STEP 4
Select your preferred delivery method and make payment. Click 'Place Order Now'.
NOTES:
- Upon payment confirmation, ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL, which will be sent to you shortly.
- Once your package is shipped, we will also send you a DELIVERY INFORMATION EMAIL.

• We currently use SenangPay payment gateway for online transaction, which currently accepts FPX, Visa and Mastercard.

SHIPPING & POSTAGE |
POSTAGE DAYS
We ship daily Monday - Fridays. All orders made by 6 PM will be shipped the next day.
Orders made after 6 PM, on weekends or on public holidays will be shipped the next business day (excluding public holidays).
DELIVERY STATUS
An email with your Parcel Tracking numbers and Tracking Link will be emailed to you once your package is shipped.
You may need to wait up to 24 hours for the tracking status to be updated.

DELIVERY OPTIONS
We currently use J&T courier for delivery to Peninsular Malaysia.
Alternatively, you can opt to pick up from our office in Menara 3, Jalan Ampang (By appointment only).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Currently, we only ship to Singapore (postage fee RM 55) and Brunei (postage fee RM 85). Do drop us an email at poshempiremy@gmail.com for more info.
